Hi Guys, Sometimes, everyone has a craving for something spicy and delicious.. Or at times, Moms are really confused what to pack its too late for them to make something different.. Here’s a recipe for all such cravings and times when you don't have time to make something but don't want to compromise!
Let's get started....
INGREDIENTS
1. Chow - 100gm
2. Carrot
3. Capsicum
4. Onion
5. Cabbage
6. Beans
7.Green Chilly
8. Tomato Sauce, Green Chilly Sause, Soya Sauce
9. Black Pepper
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil
PROCEDURE
1. Boil the chow by adding pinch of salt and 5-6 drops of oils till 80% so that it does not get sticky and after that drain the water and keep the chow in a container.
2. Heat the pan and put 2 tsp oil and add onion in the pan and fry it till gets golden brown and after that add carrot, cabbage and capsicum and fry till it becomes crispy.
3. Add tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, soya sauce and mix well.
4. After that add chow in the pan and mix well and add black pepper, salt to taste and fry and mix well for 2 mins.
YOUR FOOD IS READY TO EAT!!
