PANNER ROLL
A next level and a different recipe of panner is for you to give a tangy flavour of all new recipie.

INGREDIENTS
1. Maida 1 Bowl
2. Panner 200gm
3. Coriander leaves
4. Oil
5. Soya sauce
6. Tomato Ketchup
7. Green Capsicum
8. Onion
9. Ginger and Garlic Paste
10. Kasuri Methi
11. Garam Masala
12. Red Chilli Powder
13. Turmeric Powder
14. Cumin Seeds, Musturd Seeds.
PROCEDURE
For doe
1. Take maida in a container add 2 tsp oil and salt mix together.
2. Add some water and mix together and prepare a soft doe and cover it with wet cloth and leave it for rest
For stuffing
1. Add oil in a kadahi and heat it fully so that raw taste of oil fades away.
2. Now add some cummin seed and musturd seeds.
3. Additionally add some sliced onion and fry till raw taste fades away and now add ginger and garlic paste and fry it for 2 mins.
4. Now add capsicum and fry it with the onion mixture and add salt according to your taste.
5. Add kasuri methi to it and fry it for 2 mins don't fry it for more than 1 min.
6. Now to the mixture add soya sauce, turmeric powder and red chilli powder fry it for 30 sec.
7. Now add tomato sauce to it and fry it and after that add panner cubes and mix properly and cover it so that the stuffing could be cooked for 2 mins more.
8. Now the stuffing is ready.
For roll
1. Make the maida chapati by adding some oil make it fluffy.
2. Now spread 1/2 tsp of tomato sauce.
3. Fill the stuffing add some lemon juice raw onion and roll the stuffing filled chapati.
4. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
