TANDOORI PANNER TIKKA


Paneer Tikka at home with this easy recipe!
Cubes of paneer, onion and bell peppers are marinated with spices and yogurt and then roasted in the oven to perfection.
Traditionally paneer tikka is grilled in a tandoor but you get the same amazing taste by broiling in the oven too!

Let's get started....

INGREDIENTS

1. Dahi - 1/4 cup 2. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp 3. Lemon juice - 1 tsp 4. Bhuna Jeera powder - 1-1/2 tsp 5. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp 6. Kala namak - 1/2 tsp 7. Garam masala -1-1/2 tsp 8. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp 9. Salt to taste 10. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp 11. Roasted besan/sattu - 2 tbsp 12. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp 13. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp 14. Paneer cubes 15. Simla Mirch cubes 16. Onion Shells 17. Butter - cooking ke lie 18. Nimbu - 1 tsp serving ke lie 19. Chat masala - ½ tsp serving ke lie

PROCEDURE

1. Take a bowl add dahi, black pepper, lemon juice, jeera powder, chat masala kasoori methi salt, kashmiri red chilly powder, besan ginger garlic paste.

2. Mix all the ingredients well so that no lumps are there.

3. Now, heat mustard oil in a kadai/ khalchi till smoke arises.

4. Add the heated mustard oil in the paste which was made.

5. Now mix well all the ingredients one again.

6. Add panner cubes, simla mirch cubes and onion shells in the mixture and leave it for 30 mins to get marinated.

7. Now after 30 mins again mix the ingredients.

8. After that take a seek or long pin put some cubes of panner, simla and onion now fry it in direct fire on gas after that add 1 drop of oil on each cube and again fry it on heat till fire spots are visible on the tikka.

9. Now, sprinkle some black salt and squeez some lemon and serve.
