                              DRUM STICK FLOWER PAKORA                                               
These flowers are present on the branches of DRUM STICK tree. Flowers are white in color with a green small flower opening.

                                       

                   

            Let's get started....
INGRIDENTS

1. Drum Stick Flower
2. Rice Flour
3. Besan
4. Cumin Seed
5. Black Pepper Powder
6. Green chilly
7. Turmeric Powder
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil

 PROCEDURE

1. Firstly Peel off the Flower from the stick, then boil all the flowers in water to remove raw taste.
2. Make a thick liquid paste in a container by adding rice flour, besan, cumin seed, black pepper powder, green chilly, pinch of turmeric powder and salt according to taste.
3. Add water in the container and mix well and make a thick liquid paste.
4. Now, add all the drum stick flower in the paste and mix it properly.
5. Heat the oil in the pan.
6. Now make small balls of the flower mixed paste and put it in the heated oil, and fry it in low flame till it gets golden brown. (Low flame will make the pakora crispy.)
